There are varying opinions about how long it takes to form a new habit: 21 days, a month, 6 weeks, 8 weeks? I think it all depends on your personality. In any case, I think I've finally, after years and years of "thinking about it", developed the habit of exercising daily. I've walked 112.4 miles so far in July, and I can't see myself stopping anytime soon.

Pssst....it's Karen from the old Kindred Haven. :o) For some reason I can't sign in this morning.
You are awesome!
I've done nothing...my lower back has issues...sigh.
This is great, Tracy! I love those shoelaces. :0)
You definitely inspired me and while I'll never be able to do the mileage you do.....gotta give me a break for my 30 some years older than you :o).....at least I'm up off the couch and out of the chair and DOING IT. It's also, for me, part of FINALLY taking more seriously that I'm also doing this because my body is the temple of God and I have not been treating HIS temple very well. Susan - Penless Writer.
