I really hesitate to show you this, because that is a really unflattering photo of me with Verne's grandma. But it's reality. And if you're struggling like I have in the past, you need to know that it IS possible to be healthier. It isn't easy. It takes hard work, but oh, is it ever worth it.
Between December 2010 and January 2012 I lost 54 pounds. FIFTY-FOUR pounds!!!
How?
Weight Watchers + exercise.
It works!
Wow, you look wonderful! Bravo!
ReplyDeleteYou've done a wonderful job, Tracy! You look fabulous. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful, Tracy!!!
ReplyDeleteGo Tracy! I (and I am sure many others!) are very proud of you.
ReplyDeleteI wonder two things:
~What it would be like to not have two chins...
and
~Must you continue on the weight watchers diet forever now or did you just use it for a period of time? If not, did you begin to gain any weight back when you went off it?
You look really great!
Good for you, Tracy! Losing weight is a lot of hard work--and so is keeping it off. You seem to be doing great on both of those things!
ReplyDeleteTracy, I have been reading your blog for a while now, and I think you're a beautiful person inside and out! Congratulations on your weight loss achievements. I am trying to lose some baby weight right now, using an exercise bike. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteA huge congratulations to you Tracy! So happy for you!!!
