Bonnie Hunter's Orca Bay Mystery Quilt

Today we met at the Farmhouse, eight of us in all, and began working on Bonnie's latest mystery quilt. There was potluck, and plenty of testing out the best way to make 896 quarter square triangles accurately. Triangulations? Cut a strip and cut the triangles using the Companion Angle ruler? Cut a square and cut it into fourths? 896 quarter square triangles. No, that's not an exaggeration. Care to join us? It's not too late to get started!

So awesome!
Sounds like a lot of math, and cutting and sewing and STRESS.

I'm not "one" with my sewing machine all the time.
