The Week the Stars Stood Still

Chester has been just a bit out of sorts since Violet and Sophie came to live with us, but thankfully he's not holding a grudge. In fact, he can't seem to get close enough to me, and has taken to laying directly behind my sewing machine while I'm working. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but that pincushion doesn't really look like it's very comfortable. He didn't seem to mind a bit!

Although Bonnie and Deanna have sent me some fabric, and I'm itching to work it up, the stars have come to a screeching halt while I've worked on the machine this past week. Soon enough, I'll be back to them!

Don't know how you manage to get other things done with all the walking you're doing!!! How much time does it take you to walk?

I finally figured out how to leave my message without having to be "unknown"! Takes me a while, but I FINALLY get things figured out.

Hi Susan! Another friend told me she was having trouble leaving comments, but I have no idea how to resolve the issue.

It depends far I walk as to how long it takes me. I do a mile in about 16.5 minutes, a little slower now that I'm walking with the dog, but not much. I usually walk about 2 hours a day, but it's early in the AM. I'm back home by 9:30.

One just has to love that kitty face! He is likely put out about the competition for your affections...but he is not going to be put aside. Good for him!!
