The Merry Berry Month of May

Let's see, now. We've had angel food cake toped with fresh berries, vanilla ice cream topped with fresh berries, berries in our homemade yogurt, and berries by the handful straight from the garden.

And French toast. Homemade bread, our own eggs, and fresh strawberries. It was a perfect lunch!

Next up? Either strawberry-rhubarb pie, or strawberry shortcake on homemade vanilla scones.

Decisions, decisions.

Tracy, I have enjoyed all my birthday comments so much but yours really really warmed my heart so much I just had to come over here and thank you personally for it. Your words were a wonderful gift to me, one that I cherish. Thank you for taking the time.

In answer to your question~ yes, you will be finding out VERY soon what is going on in our neck of the woods. Very soon indeed.

Also-way back when you posted your canning list I wrote a very book-like comment and asked you more than a few questions. Knowing that my blog post from that day was deleted by blogger and seeing your blogpost get re-posted...I wonder if you read my comment or if it was lost in the shuffle? If not, I will be happy to type it out again if it means I get to find out the answers to my questions! ;-) Let me know!
