Birthday flowers cut from our own backyard, and the "Birthday Song" sung to me all the day long by the eldest girl. The eldest boy called from college, filling my ear with song from across the miles. Kisses from the youngest boy, warm hugs, and good wishes. The youngest girl was out of the state. As much as she hated to be without me on my birthday, I think she may have actually forgotten until her company reminded her. It didn't matter- I was just happy to hear her voice.
He never forgets, just the like Creator who made me for him. He watches the clock before midnight, waiting impatiently to spread his love over me. On this day, marking my fortieth year, I know that I am loved, by all of them. And I'm glad that He created me.

Next to our relationship with our God & Savior nothing is better than the love of our family.
As we begin the war against lung cancer, attacking our eldest daughter, Suzette, we are so concious, and thankful, for our strong family and the love we share. She is not fighting this fight alone, but with the love, support, care and prayers of her dad and I, and her sister, and two brothers.
Please say a prayer for her and for us, her family.
Happiest of Birthdays!
Sweet thoughts.
The happiest of birthdays to you dear one. It is GOOD to be loved.
So glad you had a wonderful day.
How sweet that your children enjoy blessing you all day long.
