The list on my sidebar of things I've preserved is getting larger by the day. Canning kept me in the kitchen the entire weekend. I managed to preserve spaghetti sauce, more beets, peaches, and jam.

You are on track to have another great season of canning and preserving!
Lucy is as cute as can be! Glad she is smart and that you are happy with her!

If your garden is anything like mine, you have an abundance of zucchine. Have you tried canning zucchini in pineapple juice? It's supposed to taste just like pineapple. So, I canned 2 quarts of zucchini pineapple yesterday to see if it works and if we like it.
Amanda, I have never tried that but please let me know what you think of it when you taste it!
Lucy's adorable, Tracy. Such a sweetie.
I have yet to can one single thing this
summer. gasp. I know, I know...
Your jars of sauce are gorgeous. :o)
Oh and ... I'm real big time interested
in the zuke pineapple Amanda made. hmmm.
i was wondering if you would be canning again this year! haven't started up myself, but i think our growing season is a bit shorter than yours. tomatoes are just starting to get red here.
I love your sweet puppy. So dear. Glad to hear she is settling in and learning so well.
Your sauce looks amazing! It was such a hot weekend ....kudos on spending it in the kitchen over the stove.
If I were the jealous kind of person, I think I might be jealous....those jars of sauce are beautiful. I really do not know much about canning, but am trying to learn...
Be proud of yourself....
