Autumnal Salad
Inspired by Anna, I fixed a gorgeous and delicious salad for lunch today. Not exactly the same, though. A dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pomegranate juice, and salt was a perfect accompaniment to a spring mix, candied walnuts, pomegranate seeds, and chevre. This is a definite make again!

yes yes yes nodding my head animatedly in complete agreement of this fine dish. lovely presentation too!
Computers need "scratch and taste", that looks so good!
Glad your hubby is okay- not a call any wife would want to get!
Question for you: I know on your other blog you posted pictures of the dress you made from the Favorite Things Prairie Girl dress. Do you think given the fact that there is a lot of ease in it, that it could be nursing friendly? I have hemmed and hawed over that pattern since I first saw it over at Pleasant View Schoolhouse, but since I am generally nursing or pregnant, I wasn't sure I wanted to unclench my tight little fists and shuck out the money for it!
Anyway, when you have a moment to think about it, I would love your in-put.
Bonnie
Hey Bonnie!
I would never make the Prairie Girl Dress as a nursing dress. Not how it fits me, anyway. There is some ease, but not that much. Now, I did attach the dickie, because I was afraid of it moving and revealing things up top. Perhaps, just perhaps, if you made the dickie snap in you might be able to nurse, but I still don't think so. However! The pattern also has the prairie shirt. You might be able to lift that up from the bottom to nurse.
