I have memories of sitting on the sidewalk next to our apartment in Jordan, when I was 5, watching the neighbor ladies sit on their heels and chop parsley faster than I ever thought possible!
Tabbouleh is amazing (even though it calls for teeth checks)!
I love tabbouleh, but have never tried it with quinoa. We did inner city work for ten years and there was a large middle-eastern community there with awesome restaurants. Tabbouleh was a favorite!
yum....what time? :)
ReplyDeletehey, that's a good idea! we like quinoa and we like tabbouleh (but I just do the traditional bulgur). so thanks.
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried either quinoa or tabbouleh. Maybe we need to expand our palates! It looks good!
